Alex was assigned to the Union City Police Department’s ESU where I got to know him and work with him. He was quiet, humble, respectful and one hell of a cop. Never complained about anything, just came to work and did his job with honor, courage and respect. Alex could always be counted on no matter what the situation. Alex, you left a positive impact on the people you served with and the people you protected and the world is a better place because of you. Rest in peace my friend, I will never forget you and I know the member’s of the Union City Police Department will never forget you.

Alex was a man of incredible character, humble, even keeled throughout. Truer words were never spoken when you reference “The Good Die Young” with Alex. The Lord had to create an unprecedented tragic event to take you from us. Warrior to the end my brother, rest well.
