Really! This man performing his duty to assist a disabled motorist lost his life. Maybe this is one selfless duty we as law enforcement we need to rethink. Yes for the most part there are people who need help. But it also gives these criminals a platform to set an officer up. May God watch over you Sargent and your family. Too many officers are loosing their lives performing these type of duties. My heart is heavy from the loss we have been having in law enforcement since the beginning of the year. One is too many! Brother, Rest In Peace.
