Heavenly Father, You are always faithful and quick to show mercy. Agent Billy Fred Clardy, III, of the Huntsville, Alabama Police Department, was suddenly and violently taken from us on Friday, December 6, 2019. He was Shot & Killed in the Line-of-Duty while participating in a Narcotics Buy-Bust Operation. His father, Police Officer Billy Fred Clardy, Jr., of the Huntsville, Alabama Police Department, was killed in the Line-of-Duty in a cruiser accident on May 3, 1978; both father and son sacrificed their lives in the performance of their duties. Come swiftly to his aid, have mercy on him, and comfort his family, friends, and colleagues by the power and protection of the Cross. We ask this through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; for He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one can go to the Father except by way of the Son. Amen.

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons [children] of God.” [Matthew 5:9 CSB]

“And he [Jesus] said to him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.” [Luke 23:43 CSB]

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” [Matthew 5:4 CSB]
