Captain Torres
Your forty years on the job says a lot about who you were--dedicated, hard working and man of conviction. Still working a 14 hour shift and on the street despite your rank is also telling--thanks for your outstanding service and sacrifice to the fine citizens of the state of California and to his great nation.
