Reflections for Police Officer Jesus Abner Marrero-Martínez

It will be a sad Memorial Day for the family of Manati Municipal Police Officer Jesus Marrero Martinez who was shot and killed stopping a car jacking from taking place. I know that next year his name will join all the other officers who have died in the line of duty this year on the National Fallen Police Officer Memorial in Washington, DC and on the memorial in San Juan, PR for all the officers who died in the line of duty in the United States Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. You will not be forgotten, Amigo.

Until sanity prevails this crap will continue in cities where thugs rule the asylum. It is tragic that this man lost his life. Our judicial system is pathetic letting violent felons walk the streets. God bless his soul and his family.
