Sergeant Carter, Thank you so much for your courage and service not only for our country but the two communities you kept safe as well. I am so sorry this horrible thing has happened to you and as a sister, Aunt, granddaughter, mother and cousin of those who have served in the military and police departments I am horrified at the brazen behavior of those arrested and who harmed your co worker and took your life. Justice cannot help your family or bring you back to their loving arms, but it will take them off of the streets...if not forever, I hope for a very, very long time.
