Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Deputy Sheriff Mark V. Stasyuk

For Deputy Mark Stasyuk, his family, friends, and brothers and sisters of the badge.....

Seasons drift so quickly
Beneath the single sky
A lesson in the making
All things must come to die.

Therein lies the silence
The journey beyond the breath
To flowers in the forest
We've now become in death.

But speak of the glint of the eye
Reflected in Damascus Blade
For those who saw freedom & honor
And in battle their lives they gave.

So take heart men of valor
Know your deeds will endure the night
Live on as flowers in the forest
Live on, within God's light.

May God watch over the family and fellow officers these heroes worked with. We can only imagine their pain. But we can sympathize with them and we must support them. This is what the Patriots and Heroes looks like folks. Running to the danger when all others run away from it. Selfless and fearless to the end. They now work heavens Beat. And are in God's hands forever. Ever watching down on us all.
