Inspector Cole, you suffered much and you suffered long, and your family and loved ones suffered with you. But now, your earthly life is over and your heavenly life is about to begin. May our Lord, who sees all and knows all, reward you abundantly and immerse you and your family in His Divine Mercy. Rest in peace, good and faithful servant.

Our thoughts & prayers go up for your loved ones.. your dear wife & children.. your beloved grandchildren.. your grieving parents and siblings.. as well as your fellow officers in the Comanche County Drug Task Force .. who unselfishly, & unhesitatingly head out each day ... as they all do.. across the USA as likewise here in Australia..

Be assured.. Nothing is too much for our Lord & Savior.. and He alone can fill the aching void in each grief-stricken heart, like no other.. He who neither slumbers or sleeps.. May you prove His comfort:

"He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber."
[Psalm 121 v 3]

"And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee,". [Psalm 50 v 15 ]

The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord;
he is their stronghold in time of trouble.
The Lord helps them and delivers them;
he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,
because they take refuge in him.
Psalm 37:39-40
Rest in peace brother.

He will not be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with his family as well as his fellow colleagues at the Comanche County District Attorney's Office. A very tragic event that has happened with a member of the District Attorney's Office being shot and killed by a dangerous felon.
