This particular shooting hit hard--obviously this shooting, like all was seemingly senseless and almost too much to comprehend. The wanted suspect, as is often the case, is an ex-felon. Thank you for your service to your community, and to this great nation. I pray that your family will somehow recover and live on with pride, knowing that they had a chance to spend a short time with such a great man--a man who was sacrificed, while protecting the citizens of his community. You will always be remembered and honored by all.

The Morelli, Joering and our Police families received love and support from all over the world when Tony and Eric were killed in the line of duty. That provided strength during that tragic time.
