The anger.... the pride.... the heartbreak.... As a citizen of Pikeville I want to say thank you for your service to our city.... The evil who took you from us was finally captured & your brothers/sisters in blue worked tirelessly until he was.... the whole community & as this post shows, the entire world mourns for you....
