Today a father was murdered, a husband killed. The Chicago Police Department called that man Commander Paul Bauer. Although a great loss to the Department it will be his wife and daughter who will pay the cost of his sacrifice. May God grant them and all Gold Star families the strength and grace to live in their loved ones honor. In his memory we can all turn off the garbage in our lives and turn on quality time with family and friends. May the offender rot in hell sooner than later.
