One of the many amazing men and women who gave so selflessly and heroically that day and the many days that followed. Rest in peace always knowing that your service and sacrifice will never, ever be forgotten by your law enforcement brethren.

John 5:28, 29 - "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I pray that everyone can find peace in knowing that we will see this officer as well as many others again in Paradise soon. Until then, please accept my condolences.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 7th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. I am privileged to be the first to leave a reflection to thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

I pray for solace and strength for everyone who misses and loves Jacqueline. We will never forget the sacrifice made by each of the 9/11 heroes and their families.

mom of fallen Pittsburg Officer Larry Lasater, eow 4/24/05
