James you were one of the senior guys in the 23pct when I got there in March 1997 and you always helped out the rookies while many others looked the other way.I remember you driving sgt Kevin O'Rourke who sadly was killed in Afghanistan after retiring and you both were great cops. When men were men.Rest easy my brother.God Bless you and your family.

John 5:28, 29 - "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I pray that everyone can find peace in knowing that we will see this officer as well as many others again in Paradise soon. Until then, please accept my condolences.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 3rd anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

I pray for the solace of everyone who misses and loves James . We will never forget the sacrifice made by each of the 9/11 heroes.

Rest In Peace
