Reflections for Assistant Chief Deputy Clinton Francis Greenwood

Rest in peace, my brother. May the Lord provide comfort and peace to you family in this time of sorrow and loss.

Sgt. Joe King

I first met him when he was a major while Sheriff Adrian Garcia was in office. He was a remarkable person and quite intelligent as well, and his sudden passing is indeed a devastating one for the legal & law enforcement community and he'll surely be missed by many. My condolences and deepest sympathy to his family and good friends. Please stay safe out there, for tomorrow is never promised. God bless.

Deputy Greenwood, I pray that your killer would be arrested and given due process of the law. I pray that you finally find peace in heaven, which is getting harder and harder to find in this world of ours. May our Lord immerse you in His Divine Mercy.

I will always know and remember you as Prosecutor Greenwood, Major Greenwood, and Clint.
Your zeal never flagged in your pursuit of justice for all, and in your battle against evil that threatens the fabric of society; you were a knight.
May God's grace, peace, and abiding love enfold your family, friends and colleagues.
We have the watch, now, Major; rest, my friend.

May God watch over the Family and Fellow Officers that put their lives on the line for us everyday. We all lose when one of these heroes fall. And this one was a terrible loss. A man who without care for his own safety did such a noble thing. I hope his family will find some type of peace during this time of mourning. God will not let them down. Keep Faith and know he is in a better place.
