I first met him when he was a major while Sheriff Adrian Garcia was in office. He was a remarkable person and quite intelligent as well, and his sudden passing is indeed a devastating one for the legal & law enforcement community and he'll surely be missed by many. Please take comfort in Jesus words found at John 5:28,29 where he said that there would be a resurrection.
