To Mr. Chellew, my deepest and sincere condolences to you sir, your son served both the California Highway Patrol, and the State of California with the highest values and ethics in his pursuit to serve and protect the people of California. Lucas will go to Heaven because he served the public to the best of his abilities. To Lucas' mother, your son soul is now in Heaven.
