Watching the transformation from your first week of Academy to Friday afternoon at shift change, you had quickly become a well knowledged and respected police officer in our community. The City of Chester lost a beloved citizen, firefighter, and Police Officer. We miss you deeply already, it'll never be the same without you, but RIP CH09...we have the watch now.
