Reflections for Special Agent Richard Kelly

Agent Kelly,
Sir, it has taken over 81 years but you are finally being honored. I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice as a LEO.

Special Agent Kelly, we can only hope that the scum who murdered you (regardless of who pulled the trigger, they were all scum) faced true justice, if not in this life, then in the next.

Thank you for helping to protect one of America's greatest assets, it's railroads.

God Bless and may your eternal rest be ever peaceful.
