My thoughts and prayers go out to the family Corporal Cooper and to his extended family at his sheriff's dept.. I had the pleasure of getting to meet Corp. Cooper and each time he had a smile on his face. Even though we worked for not only different agencies, but we were also different states (border each other) he told me both times I met him that if me or my department needed anything to let him know and he would come running. God Bless you Corp. Cooper and enjoy patrolling those golden streets!

Lord God, you are always faithful and quick to show mercy. Our Brother-in-Blue, Corporal Bill Cooper, of the Sebastian County, Arkansas Sheriff's Office, was taken from us suddenly and violently in the Line-of-Duty. Come swiftly to his aid, have mercy on him, and comfort his family, friends, and colleagues by the power and protection of the Cross.
