Dear Lancaster Family,
Our loved one, Scott Bryant, ended his watch 12 years ago today. Our family's thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Time won't heal this, but it will make it easier. One thing that has been particularly helpful is that we haven't been afraid to laugh and cry together. We have never pushed our grief and loss away, but let it happen together. 12 years later we are still telling funny stories. Continue to tell the tales and antics of his life! Scott's girls were 14 and 12 at the time; they are married and have done well, despite the circumstance.

It is a family that we're sorry you have had to join. Let his fellow officers take care of you... they will!

Family of Detective Brad Lancaster: Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I am a surviving spouse of 4 yrs, 5 mos and am feeling your pain. This will seem like a bad dream but my prayer is that you all become stronger and not stay angry. It is hard not to be angry but sucks your strength so always remember to focus on the positive part of life and not dwell on the crazy part that we cannot control. Stay strong, hang tough, don't be afraid to cry (even Jesus wept -- & it makes us feel better, really), & keep smiling through the tears cuz your special man Brad Lancaster would want that! Prayers and Love your way!!

Rest In Peace Detective Lancaster.
Wherever evil men run, good men will follow as they fear no man.

My father was in our U.S. Air Force and I know he would salute you and say thanks as I now thank you.

We pray for strength but we also pray for the many people that will never know or feel the love we have shared and will never have the incredible memories we have made.

You are not alone and a burden shared is lessened.

With all respect.
Dear Almighty God.
