I had the pleasure of greeting PO Feliciano when he was assigned to the 28 Pct. He was a well liked and wonderful person without an ounce of malice in him. He had a captivating smile and am glad I was able to work with him while at the 28. May the Lord embrace his soul and comfort his loved ones during this horrible time.
