She died alongside the son (Peter Taub) of a friend of mine. How tragic this is -- the loss of way too many gifted, brave and talented people. May she, and all those killed in action, rest in peace.

Today I honored Adrianna by riding my bicycle 52 miles in the Heros Ride in Conroe Texas. I was honored to represent her on this ride. Because of Adrianna and all other fallen Heros I am able to live free in our wonderful country and ride a bicycle without fear. I am a hospital chaplain in a children's trauma hospital and see horrible things and witness a lot of death. May God bless your family and know that Adrianna will not be forgotten.

On behalf of my family, I extend our sincerest condolences on the grievous loss you suffered when Adrianna
was killed.

To the Vorderbruggen family, fellow officers, and all who call Adrianna beloved, my heart goes out to all of you and may you find comfort in your loved ones and your strength in your faith. When my son was killed, the entire law enforcement community in our area embraced us in a circle of love and support, and I know you will receive the same support. It makes the unbearable less torturous, and I pray for your solace.

This reflection is sent with the utmost respect for the dedicated service Special Agent Vorderbruggen gave to the citizens of our country and for the supreme sacrifice she and her family made on December 21, 2015.

On behalf of the Westerville, Ohio Division of Police, our thoughts and prayers are with the immediate family of Special Agent Adrianna M. Vorderbruggen and the extended law enforcement family of the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Rest in Peace sister and watch over us.

I fight not for glory or fame, for they are momentary. I fight for those who can't. I fight for Justice. I fight for the oppressed and the down trodden. And if I should lose my life for these just causes, then I have no regrets, For I serve to protect the innocent. It matters not where or when, for evil knows no boundaries. Be it fire, flood, or the threat of tyranny, I will not flee. Justice is my weapon. Faith is my shield. Hope is my armor. Cry not at my passing, for it was my Honor to fight for you. Shed not tears of sorrow, But tears of joy, for now, I stand with God.

May the scum who is most responsible pay the price for orchestrating your murder. The actual actors who carried this plot out are thankfully dead, but at a horrid cost. Someone put them up to this and that someone should pay dearly.

God Bless the United States of America and God Bless you for your work and sadly, your sacrifice. Rest in Peace, Brother.
