My heart aches for this totally unnecessary loss of life on Officer Leotta's deatg. So tragic for some drunk/stoned man who should have known better than to have put his car into drive and risk killing an innocent person who should have known better than to be on the road. So tragic - I agree with the head of the Montgomer County Police Dept's Mr. Tom Manger that Montgomery County's leniency on using being drunk or high on drugs as an excuse for ending the lives of innocent people.
NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER!!!!! The public should know by now that the actions they take whatever they ingest it is ultimately their bad stupid decision and must take responsibility for their actions.
God bless Mr. Leotta and the family that will suffer forever for their very sad loss.

Montgomery County resident
