It not how this hero died, it is how he lived. This hero lived for his family, his brothers in arms, his brothers in blue and for the City he loved. I had the opportunity to meet Webster in 2006, while my husband was in the Academy with him. Always a grin from ear to ear no matter what! Our condolences to the family, we are family in Blue and we will be here for you forever. Rest easy now sir, your brothers and sisters of the Albuquerque Police Department have the watch now.

Officer Webster was in the Academy with my husband. He was such a joy to be around and NEVER stopped smiling no matter how grueling it was during those 6 months of training. We love you Webster and you have left a lasting impression on my husband, myself and our children. May you rest at peace sir. Your brothers in APD have the watch now. Love, The McClaskey's

Rest In Peace hero, you served your time in hell. No you're off patrolling heavens streets. Thank you for our 28 years of service to our amazing country. My father knew you and said you where an outstanding officer, and a great man. It hurts knowing that you where taken from our family, and WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOUR SACRIFICE. We will take back Albuquerque from men that do evil, thank you again for your part in the fight against evil. "There are three types of people in this world: sheep, wolves, and sheepdogs. Some people prefer to believe that evil doesn't exist in the world and if it ever darkened their doorstep, they wouldn't know how to protect themselves. Those are the sheep. Then you've got predators, who use violence to prey on the weak. They're the wolves. And then there are those blessed with the gift of aggression, an overpowering need to protect the flock. These men are the rare breed who live to confront the wolf. They are the sheepdog. …You know who you are. You know your purpose."
