Bill (though you will always be Jimmy to me) - Thank you for your service to your country and to your community. You made our family proud. Personally I was able to learn tips about criminal justice during my Master's program. Your leadership was top-notch and has been passed on to many recruits. Though you will be missed, you died doing what you loved. As Daddy always said, you were a tough old bird. You gave a good fight. Rest now, go in peace, and join Dad in watching over us. I love you and will miss you!
