Reflections for Deputy Sheriff Steven Brett Hawkins

Brett, I still think about some of the cases we worked together when you were in Clinton County and I had just come from the Academy on my first assignment. I will never forget the guy that went a little off the deep end and torched his truck on Thanksgiving Day at the lake! We looked everywhere for him until dispatch called and said some hunters had wrestled a naked guy out of the freezing water into their boat...Crazy Stuff! Rest In Peace Brett, you will be missed. May God bring comfort and peace to your family.
