Condolences to Officer Nelson's next-of-kin and loved ones, and to the other members of Bakersfield PD. May Bakersfield PD and its Law Enforcement Agency partners find the vehicle and operator involved ASAP to bring the "client" before the Courts for suitable justice to be seen to be done. So unfortunate that we have lost yet another brother to an "routine" (unknown risk) task.
