Thank you sir....for the times you came out to file a report when our building was vandalized, for always being cheerful, going the extra mile, saying hi when we passed, protecting our community and making it a safe place to life.
It's officers like you, who make our community worth living in. Rio Rancho lost a protector and angel to Heaven...with a beautiful english accent.
Your watch is now over. Rest in Peace Nigel. You will be missed in our community.

My friend, we returned from the Red River motorcycle rally and faced the biker gangs together this weekend only to return to regular duty on memorial day and you met the coward that took your life. I am truly blessed to have met you and been your friend. Today I am very sad to have lost my friend Nigel, who I had to watch clinging for life as I felt so helpless at the scene. I know I will see my friend someday again in Heaven. May God be with you and your family!
