Trooper Thyfault,
Thank you for your service to our nation. All I can offer are my prayers, thanks and respect.
Though those that love you will argue, perhaps it is better to live one day as a lion, that a life time as a lamb.
Perhaps God needs you more in the eternal battle to retain Heaven. With deepest respect, thanks and sadness.
May you dwell in The House Of The Lord.
Dear Almighty God; please restore our faith.

As a Mother/Grandmother, I 've made this statement before ...
what a goodlooking kid.
So young to earn His Hero Stripes.
I use to live in Colorado, I miss the mountains , the wildlife,
the quiet picnics in the forest of the Rockies, the weather &
as a civilian sitting in a park & talking with Officers, like they were life long friends ... one very handsome motorcycle officer, named Mike I met in a park, late at night, he was sad he was
going to be taken off the streets & put behind a desk ... I hope he got back out on the streets , to watch the backs of fellow Law Enforcement .
You all are fine Men & Women, our Children we Mothers bear
in great pain & you are all worth it ...
We , Your Families are so ... so ... very proud of you & the time we've had with you.
My Family sends tearful condolences to your Family, Friends,
Department, Community & Countrymen Taylor.
Our Prayers go out to the Other Trooper for Healing.
Thank you Both for your Unselfish, Brave service.
The "Purple Heart " Candles will be lit in our Family's 9/11 Memorial to remember Taylor.
RIP Taylor, Son of Valor, with Honor.
Gone from Our Arms ... Forever in Our Hearts ...

I never met you, but I knew you just the same. I know you would have been a great Trooper, and I would have loved to shake your hand when you earned your badge with the rest of the class. Though your time as a Trooper was short, we will never forget.

Rest easy, Thyfault, we have the watch from here.
