Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Trooper Donald R. Fredenburg, Jr.

How tragic, a young man just starting his career. He saw a calling that most people will never understand what it means to us.
May his family be comforted in God's loving arms.

Trooper Donald Frendenberger will be missed by all of the members of the New York State Police and neighboring police agencies. He left us just too soon. He was at basic training for the New York State Police and the unthinkable happened. It is a sad time for all law enforcement in the State of New York and the surrounding states to mourn the loss of a young trooper who just was sworn in after serving in the Marines. You will be missed by your family and all of the law enforcement agencies that serve and protect all.
