A police officer should be remembered not by how he died, but how he lived! A great man has gone to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you to you, your family and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace Brother!

A year and a half on the Patrol. This makes me SO mad, I just want to say all kinds of things, but, I'll just say, Rest in Peace Trooper Dees. I'm so sorry this happened. I don't know if you had a wife, or kids, don't know about your Mom or Dad, but God bless all of your loved ones and your friends and buddies on the Patrol.
I pray that God will comfort all of them and that all of the positive, good and fun memories of you will fill the sorrowful feelings caused by this.
