John 5:28, 29 - "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I pray that everyone can find peace in knowing that we will see this officer as well as many others again in Paradise soon. Until then, please accept my condolences.

Mike, you were truly a gentleman to serve for. Your sense of humor, fairness, and knowledge were an asset to the department and all who served with you. Everybody who worked with you was a better cop because of you but more importantly our lives were enriched by your presence.
God bless

You have joined a list of people who, in spite of the dangers, both known and unknown, gave time and put out effort to help at the site of what will, God Willing remain the worst terror attack in United States history. May nothing ever surpass this terrible event and though I pray no more names are ever added to the aforementioned list you now occupy, in my gut, I know that list will grow. You are ALL heroes!

God Bless and may you FOREVER Rest in Peace.

We cannot fully honor our heroes of the present without honoring our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 3rd anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. We shall never forget any of our 9/11 heroes.

Rest In Peace.
