This is so sad and what a devastating and cruel act against those who serve and protect the people. The coward who committed this heinous act took his life and is now serving out his eternal sentence for all eternity and heaven knows him NOT! Heartfelt sorrow and condolences to the broken hearted family and NYPD. These officers are heroes and will be remembered for their honorable and courageous service.
