TO MY DEAR FRIEND ROBERT,

I REMEMBER THE FIRST TIME WE NET. OUR CLOSE FRIEND ERNIE GLUCK INTRODUCED US AND A BOND OF TRUE BROTHERHOOD WAS BORN.
I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR THE ASSISTANCE YOU AND YOUR OFFICE PROVIDED ME AND MY PARTNER WHILE I WAS AT DPS. OUR UNDERCOVER OPERATION WAS ONE OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL EVER DONE BY THE THEN PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICE OF TX DPS. IT WAS A BLUEPRINT TO SUCESSSFUL OPERATIONS THAT WERE USED SEVERAL TIMES BY DPS. EVEN THOUGH MY SUPERIORS AT DPS NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE THE EFFORTS YOUR OFFICE AND MR.. GLUCK DID , MY PARTNER AND I WERE FOREVER GRATEFUL. WHEN I TRANSFERRED OUT OF EL PASO WE REMAINED GOOD FIRENDS AND KEPT IN CONTACT. THANK YOU MY BROTHER FOR NEVER TURNING YOUR BACK ON ME.
YOU WILL ALWAYS BE MY HERO.

Trooper Sence Pereida (Retired)
TX Department of Public Safety/ERS
