Officer Jordan’s family, my prayers are with you. Just remember the good times and his smile. You have the compassion of a nation of police officers with you. We hurt every time a brother falls. Tears may wash away the pain but never the memories. In our city, I have worked the off duty security at the Waffle House and I can say, But for the grace of God go I.
Gone but not forgotten. May he rest in peace.

Rest In Peace Officer K. Jordan....

My wife grew up in Griffin and still has family in the area. I am a Police Officer in Kansas and back in 2012 while in Griffin visiting my wife's family, I had the opportunity to ride along with the Griffin Police Department. The Officers that I meet from the Griffin Police Department are a great group of people. In 2005, I worked for a department that lost a Deputy in the line of duty. I know the pain the Officers are feeling and I will be praying for the Griffin Police Department.
