Reflections for Police Officer Kevin Dorian Jordan

I am honored to wear a bracelet honoring this fallen hero during the Law Enforcement United bike ride this year. I will keep the family in friends in mind as we travel to Washington DC.
I would be honored to return the bracelet to the family if they wish.

Officer Jordan, I met your sweet Mother at COPS Parent's Retreat in October 2019. She and I had a wonderful visit about "our boys" and enjoyed an evening of song and entertainment with the other parents. Please know that your Mom loves you and misses you every minute of every day. You are her hero and will never be forgotten. May you rest in peace in the arms of our Heavenly Father. Sincerely, Anne Beitel. Mother of fallen LEO Officer Milburn Beitel, III. I pray that everyone can find peace in knowing that we will see this officer as well as many others again in Paradise soon. Until then, please accept my condolences.

I remember we went to Gang Enforcement together and we had a good time. I never said this, but I was in a rough patch and on break you had me laughing. You were a righteous dude. We were gonna hang out but got too busy. You police in this state long enough, you're gonna lose buddies.

I wished I'd called you. I hope you are resting well.

You had a good, Man's handshake.
You deserved better.

It was an honor to ride for you this year in the Police Unity Tour with Chapter 9. When things got hard I simply looked at the bracelet I wore and remembered why I did it. May your friends and family be able to take peace with them during this time of honor and reflection, and know that we will never forget you. Officer Sherron Conrad - Holly Springs Police Department
