I have served at Fort Hood for two tours. I have always found that the Killeen Police Department to be a very professional Department. I am sadden by the news of the loss of Officer Dinwiddie. May the peace and love of our Lord and Savior be with Officer's Dinwiddies family, the Killeen Police Department, our Area FOP Brothers and Sisters and the citizens of Killeen, TX during this time of grief. Through Jesus we believe that this is only a temporary seperation. Officer Dinwiddie is at his permanent home and one day when God calls us home, he will be there waiting.

I knew chuck to be a professional and dedicated officer. He loved what he was doing. He was fun ..loving and out going. This is the second officer Killeen has lost in the line of duty in the recent past. My heart felt prayers go out to all of the families involved. I thank you for your service to the community. Police work is not an easy job by any means. To the rest of my Brothers and Sisters in blue, be safe and be well.
