For Detective Charles Dinwiddie:

The law-officer whose task it is to investigate drug-activity takes on huge risk when conducting raids at locations of people dealing in illegal substances. Quick and forceful entry to such sites, most-necessary to prevent the destruction of evidence, brings us face-to-face with those who will readily kill to avoid detection and apprehension. We regret that our brother Chuck would be the next law-officer to die making our world a safer place from those who wantonly peddle misery and death.
We pray for Chuck's family, friends, co-workers, and all who care about him. May they be ready to reach-out to one another in the days ahead.
We are proud to render Detective Charles Dinwiddie, a soldier-of-the-law, a final salute.

Cpl. Ralph D. Fiorenza (Ret.)
Pennsylvania State Police

I have served at Fort Hood for two tours. I have always found that the Killeen Police Department to be a very professional Department. I am sadden by the news of the loss of Officer Dinwiddie. May the peace and love of our Lord and Savior be with Officer's Dinwiddies family, the Killeen Police Department, our Area FOP Brothers and Sisters and the citizens of Killeen, TX during this time of grief. Through Jesus we believe that this is only a temporary seperation. Officer Dinwiddie is at his permanent home and one day when God calls us home, he will be there waiting.
