Sgt Johnson.. I wish I would have gotten to work with you more. You always had such a presence about you. You know so much about everything, that it was almost overwhelming to be around you. People wanted to be able to learn as much as they could from you. A lot of people were in awe of your passion for your job and the strength that you approached every situation. You were SUCH an amazing presence at AST. I can't even say out loud that you will be missed. It's hard to even think that you are even gone.

We live in Maine, have visited Alaska twice with plans to return. We have never missed the National Geographic show Alaska State Troopers. We are not law enforcement officers . We do however hold your officers in high esteem and deeply regret the loss of two of your fine officers. From the show we felt we got to know them a little. We wanted all of you to know their service and the loss had an impact across the country. Our deepest sympathies to all their families, fellow officers, and co-workers.

May God bless both officers, however their deaths and those of so many past and future law enforcement officers could be spared would the police authorities learn more about Astropsychology and Dr. Turi. Try "Police Requiem" http://www.drturi.com/police-requiem/ Its time for the Law Enforcement Administration to listen and help Dr. Turi to save lives.

Avenue of the Fallen

Standing at attention in their class “A“uniforms, badges gleaming and shoes like glass, are your brothers and sisters of Law Enforcement. All of whom have previously paid the ultimate price.
Today, like many others, they welcome you to this wonderful place.
As you march down the Avenue of the Fallen, all eyes focus on you as if to say “it’s OK, you’re with your eternal partners.”
A salute is followed and a tear can be seen on so many faces.
Welcome, you served well.
Now come join us in the ranks, another is coming home.

A police officer should be remembered not by how he died, but how he lived! A great man has gone to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you to you, your family and the Alaska State Troopers. Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace Brother.
