A tragic loss for the City of Chicago. Though it's been 123 years since your demise due to something that in this day and age might be a minor setback, you are still mourned and thanks in part to this website, not forgotten outside of Chicago.

God Bless and may you forever continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 123rd anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace
