Patrolman Brant,
On today, the 90th anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice- of just for your Community but for our Country as well when you served with the USN during WW I. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 81rst anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

Grandfather, though we never met. You have served as an inspiration to generations who have followed you. Your great granddaughter, has begun her career in law enforcement. With the US Secret Service. She keeps your Patrolmans Cap in a trophy case with your nightstick. And proudly speaks of her Great Grandfather.

Patrolman Alvin Earl Brant,

Not every act we perform in our duty as law officers is gallant and daring. Our daily commitment to public safety involves many duties that present a potential threat. Working in traffic remains largely among them. To have died directing traffic is to have died in the service of protecting others. This alone deems you a hero. We remember you today for your service to others and render to you a final salute.
