Thought and Prayers are with the family both at work and personal...It is a shame that this poor young lady had to lose her life to such un-necessary circumstances and such a terrible thing for her young son to have to endure. May God encamp angels around her families <3

Prayes and thoughts are all we can gave at this time. I did 20 years at the Forsyth County Dentention Center. We did not house the juveniles in our facility but they are a different kind of inmate. Sorry for you loss but remember that she did a job that most people would not even try. I walked with God at my side everytime I went in to work.
I've been retired two years but still remember the good and bad times we had there.

Sorry for the loss. I have been doing this job for more than 35 years and I always worry about my follow officers as well as myself. Many don't realize the risk for the Corrections Officer as well as the Policemen and women. Again I send my condolences to her family as well as her Department.
