Reflections for Sheriff Eugene Crum

thank you for your service and thank your family for sharing you with the many people who benefitted from your experience and wisdom. I am sorry an evil hateful coward has stolen all that from everyone all too soon. RIP and may your family and co workers somehow find some measure of peace due to the quick action of the Mingo County Deputy who avenged you.

It is unfortunate but a reality of todays times. Men and women in uniform who serve to protect whether outside on the streets or behind the walls are susceptible to these predators who put no value to life. My condolences to the family, friends and coworkers of this fallen hero. Sheriff Crum made the ultimate sacrifice. Be strong and god bless you all.
