I am the Police, and I’m here to arrest you. You’ve broken the law. I did not write the law. I may disagree with the law but I will enforce it. No matter how you please, cajole, beg or attempt to stir my sympathy. Nothing you do will stop me from placing you in a steel cage with gray bars. If you run away I will chase you. If you fight me I will fight back. If you shoot at me I will shoot back. By the law I am unable to walk away. I am consequence. I am the unpaid bill. I am fate with a badge and a gun. Behind my badge is a heart like yours. I bleed, I think, I love and yes I can be killed. And although I am but one man, I have thousands of brothers and sisters who are the same as me. They will lay down their lives for me and I them. We stand watch together. The thin blue line, protecting the prey from the predators, the good from the bad. WE ARE THE POLCE

I feel so blessed to have had the honor and privilage of knowing and getting to work with Cpl. Terry Johnson (Sweet Tee). Terry was a big man with a big heart, I never saw him lose his temper or even raise his voice regardless of the situation. I always knew when Terry showed up everything was going to be ok. "Terry we all love you and miss you very much, Rest in Peace My Brother"...

My thoughts and prayers to Terry's family, the Sebastian County Sherriff's Office and all of his other brothers and sisters in blue...

Your work is done here on Earth - Heaven has called upon you today, leaving so many words left to say. But now it's too late, for your time has come, words unspoken; I am sure everybody has some. Regrets and wishes are probably there too, but lasting forever are memories of you.
There have been many times that we waved to each other, but we were there for each other in time of need. Now it's time for us to say Good-Bye, until we meet again in heaven to fly. Now go and Patrol the Heavens Above and Watch Below those you Love. Thank you for your service.

I had the opportunity to work with Terry at and thru the Sheriff's Office for several years. He had a heart of gold, and I never heard him say a cross word to or about anyone. Sebatian County lost a good one! My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends! Rest if peace and continue to keep a watchful eye over us.

Corporal Johnson,

You have joined the ranks of those who also lost their lives in the line of duty. You are now alive and well in the Presence of God.

To Your Family,

Feel His presence as God answers the prayers of many who have fallen to their knees on your behalf. Since the day of my son's death, I have carried every law enforcement officer and their family in my heart.

Every morning I go to my knees. During that time I pray, “Lord, Be with all law enforcement officers. Keep them safe and free from harm. They are your soldiers on the front line of the battle against evil. If one should fall this day - wrap their family in your loving arms. Surround them with loving, caring people to comfort them. Ease their pain. Help them to mourn well. In Jesus' name, Amen”

I have lifted you and your family to God every morning for 2 years. Feel those prayers. God is with you, He knows and will ease your pain.
