IT IS SAD TO SEE THE OFFICERS KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY. AS A SON OF A LEO WHO DIED, NOT IN THE LINE OF DUTY BUT FROM ILLNESS WHILE ON THE JOB, THESE SORT OF EVENT HIT HARD. SERGEANT MORALES SHOULD BE REMEMBERED FOR WHO HE WAS AND WHAT HE DID TO PROTECT THE COMMUNITY HE SERVED. WE SHOULD NOT SEEK REVENGE FOR WHAT HAPPEN, AND THANKFULLY THIS TROUBLED INDIVIDUAL WAS CAUGHT AND CAN FACE THE JUSTICE SYSTEM. WE MUST FIND A HIGHER STRENGTH WITHIN OURSELVES TO FIGHT FOR A BETTER WORLD AND MAKE SURE LEO'S AND CITIZENS CAN GO HOME VERY NIGHT SAFELY. SGT MORALES IS NOT HERE PHYSICALLY ANYMORE, BUT HIS LEGACY WILL LIVE ON AND INSPIRE US EVERY DAY.
