Though justice was subverted by a Governor who hadn't the right, though he had the power, we can only hope that the scum who murdered you faced true justice in the afterlife.

Thank you for all you did in helping to protect one of the very reasons this nation is so magnificent, it's railroads. You are a hero.

God Bless you on this 90th anniversary of you departure and may you forever Rest in Peace, Brother.

Det. Malone,
Sir, it has taken over 87 years but you are finally being honored. I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice as a Law Enforcement Officer. It's too bad those 2 so-called elected "leaders," let you and society down by letting that POS out of prison.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 88th anniversary year of your death. I am priviliged to be among the first to leave a tribute to you. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.
