Jeffrey helped me with my first narcotics case and even more remarkable, he tracked down my lost Iphone several days after I lost it on a ranch that was probably over 3000 acres. He simply asked me where I was last at when I had my phone and he found it. It was amazing! He made me laugh hard and cry much harder when he left us at age 25. 10 years later and I can't remove your name from phone's contact list. Rest in peace brother.
