I am a Lt. at Fremont Correctional Facility. We have been on full lockdown due to this heinous murder and assault. We will support our brothers and sisters at AVCF in their time of grief. We grieve also for Sgt. Ricard and Sgt. Gann and their families for they are our own. We will know that Sgt. Ricard gave the supreme sacrifice for her country and state to keep others safe from harm. We honor her for that committment. Rest assured that we are standing watch on the wall so society can sleep safe at night. We also pray for healing for Lori Gann who was injured in that same incident. God Bless.
