On this day yet another fallen hero trying to protect the innocent from the vicious evil in our world. The hero entered a house to check the safety of a suspect and instead the hero lost his life by the suspect. If that does not classify as a hero, then I am not sure there is such a thing. But I dont know this, he will always be a hero of mine. Rest peacefully now brother, you did your job to perfection. God bless the family left behind to mourn this hero, just know he left us doing the job he so loved.

It's a shame when one of the good guys is called to give the ultimate sacrifice. I did not know him, but I know he was a great man simply for being willing to give his life for those he does not know. That in my opinion, is the measure of a true hero.

Brother, you will be missed. Your brothers & sisters will surround and protect your family in your absence. Rest in Peace.
