I live in West Bloomfield and am a former Sergeant with the Oakland County Sheriff's Office. I have worked with Patrick as well as the many other men and women of the WBPD for over 20 years. I am proud have known Patrick. I ask for the officers across the nation to prey for his four young children as well as the officers who were at the scene of this horrific incident.

No family problem or financial crisis justifies taking the life of an officer who was responding to help strangers. Remember our brother as we say a prayer for every officer across the county to keep them safe.

Jane M. Boudreau, Sergeant
Oakland County Sheriff's Office
