Thank you Chief Proffitt for your 55 years of service to your community. Thank you for your years of service to this country. No words can describe how much thanks there is, in what you have done, accomplished, overseen, and most importantly the life that you gave, defending the badger. We go out every day and night, putting our lives on the line for strangers. You are a true american hero, and more importantly, a true idol. You are the badger, and have represented it with honor, courage, loyalty, giving your life in defense of anothers. A job well done sir, we have the watch from here. Please look over us as you protect the streets of heaven, and we protect the same streets we lost you on. Rest in Peace sir.

Another hero taken by a coward.

Sir, You will not be forgotten.

Since the day my son made the ultimate sacrifice, I have been on my knees daily in prayer for all law enforcement officers. You were prayed for that very morning.

To your family,

Know that your loved one is not dead, but alive and well in the presence of God.

Many share your pain, feel it easing so that you might mourn well.

With Much Faith,
Pam

Sir,

I thank you for your dedicated service to the United States of America. I thank you for continued service in the United States Police Department. I'm sorry for your family's loss; I'm sorry a man had to hold a grudge during which you were doing your duty, your job.

God Bless you and I offer your family my deepest condolences.

I'm writing this from Afghnistan to say that you are my hero. When I return from my deployment and separate from my career in the military, I am hoping to apply for the PD and be accepted into the Academy.
