Cpl. Bailey there is nothing i can say to describe how saddened i am to hear of your passing. I will always remember the fun times we had working together in Clay county. Only those of the highest character, with unselfish hearts, take up the path of a Protector. Marshall Bailey is a fine example of the high moral caliber needed to work in Law Enforcement. There are no words that can lessen the loss his family, comrades, friends, community, and state are feeling. May we all find some peace in our Faith. May Trooper Bailey be resting in Heaven with his fellow fallen officers that he now joins. And may God grant strength and wisdom to his brothers and sisters that carry on the never ending battle against the evil souls that they protect us all from.

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called the children of God" Matthew 5:9
